These terms apply to public use of xaatai.com and related inquiry flows before a user becomes an authenticated product customer, marketer, or partner.
Use of the public site
xaatai.com is the public marketing and inquiry surface for XAATAI. You may use it to learn about the platform, request demos, submit school interest, apply as a marketer, or request partnership contact. You must not use the site for abuse, scraping, spam, fraud, or unlawful activity.
Inquiry submissions
When you submit a public form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have authority to share it for a legitimate school, organization, marketer, or partnership conversation. XAATAI may reject, rate limit, or block submissions that appear abusive, deceptive, or duplicate.
Routing to other XAATAI properties
xaatai.com links to other XAATAI properties including auth.xaatai.com, web.xaatai.com, hq.xaatai.com, and xaatai.org. Additional product-specific terms, service contracts, and account policies may apply once you move into those systems.
Intellectual property and content
All XAATAI branding, site design, public product positioning, copy, visuals, and non-user content on xaatai.com remain XAATAI property unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute materials beyond normal evaluation use without permission.
Availability and changes
XAATAI may update, suspend, or change the public site, campaign pages, pricing communication, and marketing content at any time. Public pricing and feature descriptions are informational until confirmed through the relevant commercial process.
